The home was featured in the Experience Wisconsin Magazine article "The Six Coolest Airbnbs Found in Wisconsin". We look forward to providing a relaxing retreat with excellent service for our guests. The Cherry St Retreat is located in downtown Williams Bay, Wisconsin, about 1 block from Geneva Lake. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, boat launch, nature conservancy, park, restaurants, and shops. The primary guest must be over the age of 25. We recently renovated a gorgeous home in downtown Lake Geneva. It is a 5 bedroom 3 bath home and sleeps 15\. Our third home is two doors down from the one above in Downtown Lake Geneva! It is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom beautiful home that sleeps 12\. Over 65 five star reviews!! This house has been built with high quality materials. The house was framed up by a local Amish company who also provided and installed the metal roof. The cabinets, trim, and windows were made by Wisconsin Amish companies, too. Come enjoy this home in lovely Williams Bay, WI. This is a new construction home built with high quality materials, creativity, and craftsmanship. We hope you enjoy this property as much as we do!! Highlights: Perfect place to be able to relax and enjoy this beautiful area and also be able to enjoy the activities just minutes away in Williams Bay, downtown Lake Geneva, Delavan, and Fontana. The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 full baths, fully stocked kitchen with new appliances, 2 sets of washer and dryers, comfortable family room with new couches, a 70" and 55" 4K TV, free 200 Mbps WiFi, gas fireplace, large dining room table, and patio with gas grill and patio table. The home has all new furnishings, all new furniture, new flooring, new carpeting, and all new stainless appliances. The Master bedroom has a king bed and bath with sink, shower, custom made bench, and Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with two large closets. Bedroom 2 is adjacent to bathroom 2\. Bathroom 2 has a sink and jacuzzi tub with shower. Bedroom 3 is located on the lower level and has 2 queen beds and a closet. Bedroom 4 is located on the lower level and has 2 queen beds and a closet. The common area downstairs has a queen pullout couch. Bathroom 3 and 4 are located on the lower level, featuring a walk in shower and sink. A family room with 55" 4K TV is on the main level, and a common area with 70" 4K TV is on the lower level. Unit SLEEPS 14 and can accommodate 7 individuals in separate beds. Parking: 6 cars can be parked in the driveway of the unit. Additional parking is available on the street. The primary guest is required to sign a rental agreement to stay at the home. Additional Information: The home has a gas fireplace for guests use. Unfortunately for insurance reasons the home does not have a firepit. Area offers 40+ restaurants, specialty shops and galleries, luxurious spas, beaches, farmers markets, lake cruises and rustic and historical tours. Enjoy renowned golf courses and other recreational activities including boating, fishing, skiing, ice skating, sledding, and zip lining. Don’t forget all the festivals and special events! The Geneva National Golf Course is 3 miles away, boasting 54 holes of legendary golf, a pro shop, meeting and function space, and the Grill Room Restaurant and Bar. The Grill Room is a casual restaurant located in the lower level of the Clubhouse. It is open to the public, golfers or not, and offers spectacular golf and lake views, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner from April through October. Keyless entry The house is located in downtown Williams Bay, and guests can walk to everything, including the Geneva Lake beach, boardwalk, boat launch, Kishwauketoe nature conservancy, shore path trail, restaurants, and shops. There are a couple taxi services available. The house is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and the lake. \- Renter must be 25 years of age or older. \- An additional signed rental agreement and $500 damage hold is required to confirm your reservation. The mattresses are firm and comfortable. Everything was kept clean. The refrigerator was ample; cooking our own meals was easy and saved us a lot of money. Cherry Street location was just perfect for our family. We enjoyed the spacious bedrooms & each family had their own bathrooms. We love to cook so we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. The entire house was very clean and we loved all of the new updates that had recently been done. We walked to the park, beach, restaurants and ice cream shops. Brian checked in with us when we arrived and was easily accessible when we needed him. The amenities were generous—esp the gas fireplace on a rainy night. We loved that we could walk to dinner at Harpoon Willies and also have our morning coffee on a lakefront bench. The nature trail close by was also a plus. The pleasant surprises continued as the yard was bigger than the picture online making our Booce ball game easy! But there is so much more to love. This is our second year staying at Cherry St. It is perfect for gathering your family together for a fun time. An easy walk to the beach, park, grocery, coffee shop. The house itself is nicely designed for a large group, very comfortable with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen and dining area work for everyone. The table is huge and perfect for games and puzzles and even eating. The patio has a lot of seating and the yard is great for games - bring your own - bags, badminton, etc. We look forward to coming back next year. ##### Nancy T. We loved the fireplace and the furniture in the room was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much all one would need to prepare food. We all thought a hand mixer would be nice to have. The table in the kitchen/ family room , accommodated the six of us with room to spare for our game night. The beds were extremely comfortable. The drive was only 1.5 hours from Chicago. I highly recommend this home for families, or a weekend getaway with friends, or a Girls Weekend. The owner Brian made the reservation process easy, and addressed any questions we had promptly. We had a wonderful stay at the Cherry Street Retreat. ##### Patricia B. House is amazing, with high quality amenities. Kitchen is very well-stocked. Laundry facilities include detergent. Everything is "as advertised." Neighborhood is quiet, and the house is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and a nice walking trail. Host is responsive. Only one complaint about the whole experience: We needed to ask for an early check-in to be able to attend a wedding rehearsal. On a Thursday in mid-September -- after having spent thousands of dollars to reserve a 3-night stay -- host charged us $50 to check in 2 hours early. No indication of anyone having checked out that day and needing to adjust a cleaning schedule, or anything like that. I've stayed at many different vacation rentals over the years, and not once has a host charged me extra to check in a couple of hours early -- or check out a couple of hours late. ##### Deborah K. Mr. Brian Dalton was an outstanding host, with great knowledge about the area and superb communication skills. The check in and check out were very convenient and the door is coded for an easy entry. The driveway is huge and allowed all of our vehicles to park off the street. The decor of the home is so inviting and perfectly place to make you feel comfortable. The home is just as pictured. The Livingroom and lower level couches were extremely comfortable and the beds were super clean and comfortable too. The bathrooms were fully stocked with towel's and all of toiletries you can think of. Now let's talk about the kitchen. The kitchen is truly a chefs dream fully loaded with appliances, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. Everything was organized and easy to find you will not be disappointed. So, if you're looking to stay in a big, beautiful, and well kept home near Lake Geneva, The Cherry St Retreat is the place for you. My family and I definitely enjoyed our stay and will be coming back. I really wish that I could give 100 stars because Mr. Brian Dalton was an excellent host. ##### Zeta M.
