Overall the place was grubby, we didn't walk around in our bare feet. The linens were all scratchy, the pillows were flat and old. Bathroom shower was moldy, floors felt gross and the light fixture was covered in dust. The whole place smelled like cat urine (our allergies were terrible!), and we couldn't open the windows as there were no screen in them. The property as a whole was unkept, messy and run down.

Its a good property to stay. Need some imporvement on cleaning of room side. Overall everything is satisfactory.

I am still waiting for my one night refund. It is not fair to keep my money whereas I didn't stay at the hotel for one night. I had a case of force majeure (,death).
