New 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Designer home in the highly sought after Village of Richmond. Home is less than 2 miles from Brownwood Paddock Square by cart or car. Open floor plan with sliders leading to screened lanai. Concrete patio off the lanai makes grilling a breeze. Large island separates the living room from the kitchen. The Kitchen features stainless appliances with Gas stove.  
  
The Master suite features king size bed and a bathroom with walk in Roman style shower and walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is furnished with a queen size Futon. The 2nd bathroom has a tub/shower combination.   
  
 The living room opens to the lanai with double sliding doors. The lanai has a screen enclosure and a ceiling fan, and has a wicker seating furniture. The backyard has an enclosure that provides privacy. Laundry room is equipped with washer and gas dryer.
