The Space: Welcome to Treetop Escapes! Treetop Escapes is a treehouse community located in the heart of Lookout Mountain in Georgia. The Mighty Sycamore Treehouse is one the newest additions to Treetop Escapes and we cannot wait for you to visit! The Mighty Sycamore Treehouse offers not only a fun and adventurous outdoor space but a sleek and cozy indoor living space as well! The main level consists of a cozy living area, kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher), two private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and two full bathrooms with conventional toilet, all new fixtures, laundry room, and plenty of storage. In the loft, you will find cozy and welcoming sleeping spaces to enjoy after a day of adventures. Every bed features high-quality sheets and pillows for you and your guest's comfort during your stay. The two private bedrooms both feature king-sized beds, and in the loft you will find two bunk bed sets, one set is two Twin beds and one set is two Queen beds. Other features that you will find when visiting the treehouse; are central HVAC for heat and air, WiFi, a coffee machine, a fully stocked kitchen, a charcoal grill, a private hot tub, and two outdoor slides! The slides are attached to the decks to allow a fun departure from The Mighty Sycamore Treehouse! And this is a warning to families with children with insect allergies. This is not the place for kids with allergies. Granted, that is to be expected, YOUR"E in the WOODS!!. Two members of our party left due to bug allergies so that was not good for our vacation. Place was infested with lady bugs, and some other bugs that looked like a dung beetle, wasps, other bugs I don't know the name of. This was particularly a problem with at night because you will wake up due to bugs crawling on your arms or back. We called the host and she tried to help with the issue. They sent maintenance to clean up but unfortunately, the more the maintenance cleaned up the more they bugs showed up. It seemed like maintenance wasn't making a dent in the bug clean up. Anyway we did not pay 800 a night to sleep with the bugs. I think my outrage is justified since we planned this trip for more than 4 months. Future renters be forewarned, if you don't mind sleeping with the bugs. The owners or management company thought of everything and stocked the kitchen with coffee pods, creamer, sugar, dish soap, paper towels and more. The bathrooms had soap, shampoo and conditioner and laundry soap. This is especially important as it is about a 20 minute drive to the Dollar General and to other hot spots. The hot tub was a hit and watching the hang gliders from the porch was amazing (you could even hear them talking as they floated past). We ate most meals in due to a well appointed kitchen and open cooking area but could also have used the charcoal grill as we came prepared with charcoal and starter. If you have vert young children or elderly folks, they may struggle with the many stairs to get into the property or the "tree stump" stairs to get in each of the two bedrooms but we had no problems. We took our 18 month old son with us and he loved the big windows. It was great to watch the hang gliders and the sunsets were beautiful. Do be aware that the steps/logs getting into the bedrooms are a little tricky. They're stable, but you do want to have a hold on the railing. We went outside to walk up the stairs if we were holding him. Kitchen and bathrooms were good and had everything we needed for a couple days. Don't pack too much as there aren't any closets or dressers. The hot tub was perfect after a long day. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future! ##### Chandler B.
