Summary: Located two minutes from Brownwood square and just outside the villages. If you're looking to visit family, The Villages, have drs appointments near by, or enjoy the Spa, this is the home for you. The Space: A quaint three bedroom, 2 bath home in a quiet neighborhood hidden from the fuss but right next door to all your shopping needs. A fully fenced in backyard for your furry friend if needed or a lovely place to just hang out by the fire with friends. A serene master bedroom and bath, guest room with a queen sized bed, and kids room with a twin/full bunkbed and lots of games. Guest Access: The entire house is available to you with the washer and dryer in the garage. The Neighborhood: The house resides in a quiet neighboorhood just off Powell minutes from shopping, dining, and entertainment. Getting Around: Shuttles are available to tour The Villages, uber, lyft, and taxis for those that choose not to drive or rent a car. Nightly entertainment at the squares, and only an 50 minutes from Disney. Golf cart rentals are available at the square however there isn’t a path to the house. Many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores. The neighborhood was quiet and there is a nice long country road for dog walking. Accommodations were comfortable. ##### Kimberly S.
