Within a mile you will have shopping, dining and nightly entertainment. Executive/championship GOLF COURSES and REC CENTERS at your fingertips. You are a hop, skip and a jump from Brownwood, Edna's on The Green, soon to be open Eastport Winter 2025 and Sawgrass Grove that has live music, restaurants, and daily entertainment! Our goal is to provide you with all of the information you'll need during your stay at this wonderful home in The Villages. If you need any further assistance, we are available 24/7 by phone, email or text if you need anything or have any questions during your stay. We are a local management company and have local vendors to handle any issues that may arise. So, please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance. The Subdivision is an adult community designed to provide housing for persons fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No person under nineteen (19) years of age may be a permanent resident of a Home, except that persons below the age of nineteen ( 19) years may be permitted to visit and temporarily reside for periods not exceeding thirty (30) days in total in any calendar year period. Guests are permitted access to the entire home, excluding two locked cupboards in the garage. You'll also have access to nearby activities, entertainment and sports, if you choose to purchase a Lifestyle ID and explore everything The Villages has to offer. The Villages is a GOLF CART COMMUNITY!! There are parallel roads for golf carts only. The Villages has an app where you can find directions to anywhere with the golf cart paths. It is truly a fun experience. The home you are staying in DOES NOT offer use of a golf cart. There are local vendors available to rent (with delivery) additional golf carts, if desired. It is truly a fun part of the experience. Golf Cart: This home does NOT have a golf cart with it. Please be sure to make arrangements ahead of time to have a rental golf cart delivered to the house for your arrival. Guest Policy: Base rate includes 2x guests in the primary bedroom + 1x guest in each additional bedroom. Number of guests beyond that will incur a fee. (E.g., 3-Bedrooms = 4 guests included; max 6x guests.) Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days. Door Code Provided 48 hours before check-in date Resident IDs: You will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickleball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs first, then go to the Recreation Center to fill out the guest pass form for your guests. Mail/Amazon Packages: The mailbox key is not given out to guests. Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages. Smoking: NO SMOKING OR VAPING on the premises at any time. Violations will result in fines. Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time. Supplies: The home will have a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc. There is enough for a three-night stay for your convenience. If additional supplies are needed during your stay, you are responsible for purchasing these. Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem. The home did not disappoint. There were 3 couples so the 3 bedrooms worked out well. The one bedroom disappointment was the queen bedded room advertised is actually A double so that was unexpected upon arrival.The kitchen was very well equipped which was very much appreciated!The decor was very beachy, and everything was immaculate and clean.We would definitely recommend this rental and if we ever return to the Villages, would look to rent it again.. ##### susan s.
