Welcome to Crocus by the Sea in Iconic Wildwood Crest We have 3 apartments we rent all pet friendly and 3 blocks to the beach. We rent Saturday to Saturday from June 29 to August 31 Our charming 1st floor 3 bed,2nd floor 2 bed Sea Breeze Bay, and 2nd floor 2 bed Ocean Serenade, Our house is a 100 year old home with a Victorian front porch You will have the feeling of a Cape may bed and breakfast only you get the whole apartment BUT with a wonderful beach with no drop off or erosion and its free.
The space
Two bedrooms will have queen beds the third will have a twin bunk bed with a trundle for the 3rd bed. The living room and kitchen are open to each other for a bigger feel. There is one full bath with a tub. It's about 1000 square feet. The backyard has a table, and you have a grill. The beautiful front porch has 4 rockers. New for 2023 I will be adding an outdoor shower for our guests it will be fully enclosed and right outside your back door. I will post pictures when it is complete. Guest access
We are walking distance to everything, boardwalk, Playground for kids, bike rentals and the bike path, bakery, ice-cream, church, restaurants. Saturday night entertainment at the parks AND in the summer months there's fireworks every Friday night.
Other things to note
For barefoot concert weekend and memorial day weekend there is a 3 night minimum. We rent Saturday to Saturday last week in June till Labor Day. Rest of the year 2-night minimums. We have a 2-dog max with a 25-pound limit per dog. We do not rent to tenants if they are under 25 unless they are with their family as we are a family rental place. And sorry but we don't supply sheets and towels also please check the additional rules section.
