Oberau's "Roggenboden" holiday rental is a spacious, family-friendly apartment building situated at an altitude of 950 meters above sea level. The property offers four floors and is conveniently located just 2.3 km from the center of Oberau and 10 km from Wörgl. With its tranquil, sunny location on a slope and at the end of a cul-de-sac, it provides a peaceful retreat. The property boasts amenities such as a storage room for skis, a ski boot dryer, parking on the premises, a yard, internet WiFi, and the option for an installment plan.  
  
Outdoors  
The property is surrounded by a wealth of outdoor activities. Hiking trails from the house are just 10 meters away, while the nearest ski lift is a mere 200 meters away. The SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau ski region is only 5.5 km away, and the Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental ski area is 16 km away. Cross-country ski tracks are just 20 meters from the property, and the Achensee lake is easily accessible. The Kitzbüheler Alpen hiking paths are also nearby.

The property owner resides in the same residence and does not accept youth groups. However, additional accommodations can be booked. During the winter months, it is advisable to carry snow chains for your vehicle. A free ski bus service to the SkiJuwel Alpbachtal - Wildschönau ski region is provided.

Unit Layout  
The Roggenboden property is a spacious 8-room apartment with an area of 200 square meters, situated on the second floor, facing the south-west direction. It can comfortably accommodate up to 14 adults. The apartment features a bright and airy living room with a dining nook and satellite TV, leading out to a balcony. There are six bedrooms, each equipped with a hand-basin and some with showers. One room has a double bed and a single bed, while another room has a double bed and a folding bed. The remaining four bedrooms are double bedrooms. The large kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine, and a dining table with a radio. There are two separate toilets and a shower area. The apartment also has two balconies with balcony furniture, offering beautiful views of the mountains and the valley.  
  
Amenities Included  
The Roggenboden apartment comes fully furnished with practical and simple furnishings. It is equipped with a satellite TV in the living room and a radio in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. The apartment also provides amenities such as a children's high chair, baby cot, and internet (WiFi, free). It is a non-smoking property with a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher, and one pet/dog is allowed. The apartment has central heating to keep you warm and comfortable during your vacation.
