The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office as well as a TV. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and terrace. Guests of this property enjoy access to a private garden and a terrace. The vacation home occupies a modern residential building dating back to 2010 that was completely refurbished for recreational purposes in mid-2024\. It is ideally located in a quiet area, with various supermarkets and restaurants just a few walking minutes away. The location is easily accessible by bike, there are cycle paths almost everywhere, with fields, meadows, and water canals within a short distance. 3 parking spaces are available on the property. Families with children over 14 y.o. are welcome. This property is not suitable for young children. 1 pet is allowed (for a fee). Smoking is not permitted on this property.
