Our family loved the apartment! It had all of the amenities needed. Very comfortable stay. Lots of charm and great location. The owner was prompt with messaging and very welcoming. We would stay here again!

I did not stay in the apartment because they gave my luxury apartment to someone else and tried to put me is a smaller place for the same price. I left immediately and demamded my refund. My payment was not returned! I also have video of me leaving the property...

Mental unstable owner let’s u wait for hours

The owner is really not normal, super rude, doesn’t ever respond , hours late for check in. Non stop issues tons of time waisted. Plus owner records you on camera anywhere u step food on the property, extremely freaky . I would not recommend anyone to book this place . Property looks nothing like the picture , it’s wear down, it’s dirty . Furniture is broken . Toilette & kitchen is in one room. It’s 30 min away from the centrum of Wiesbaden.

Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war im Vorfeld OK. Sie war nicht begeistert, dass wir mit Paypal gezahlt haben und sie daher die Gebühren nicht "einfach von der Kreditkarte abbuchen" könne. Wir haben dann leider nicht das Appartement bekommen, welches wir gebucht, gezahlt und bestätigt bekommen haben. Dieses sollte eine Whirlpool Wanne haben, wir bekamen aber eine Dusche. Die Wanne war aber der ausschlaggebende Punkt für die Entscheidung für diese Wohnung. Nachdem ich die Vermieterin darauf hingewiesen habe, wurde ich erst als Lügner dargestellt ("nein, sie haben nicht das Zimmer mit Whirlpool gebucht"). Als ich die Bestätigung vorgelegt habe, wurde das automatische System dafür verantwortlich gemacht. Die Vermieterin sagte mir, dass sie da jetzt auch nichts machen könne, sie würde mir aber dennoch einen schönen Urlaub wünschen. Anschließend hat sie das Gelände verlassen und ging nichtmehr ans Telefon. Es wurde uns kein Angebot zur Entschädigung gemacht oder anders entgegen gekommen. Wir haben uns dann dazu entschieden, mit Expedia Kontakt aufzunehmen und wieder abzureißen. Inzwischen haben wir zumindest das Geld zurück, welches wir an Expedia gezahlt haben. Die 52€ Gebühren für Tourismus und Hund, welche wir am Anreisetag in Bar zahlten, bevor wir wussten, dass wir nicht das richtige Zimmer haben, bekamen wir bis heute nicht zurück. Zur Wohnung selbst, kann ich also nicht viel sagen, der erste Eindruck beim suchen nach der Wanne war in Ordnung.

Die Vermieterin ist unfassbar unverschämt gewesen und -laut eigener Aussage- definitiv zu alt für serviceorientierte Dienstleistung. Was wir nur bestätigen können !!! Obendrauf war sie technisch völlig überfordert, unfreundlich und extrem unprofessionell . Wir sind mit Hund angereist, den wir vorher angemeldet haben. Dieser muss separat vor Ort bezahlt werden. Wir haben um eine Rechnung gebeten, die uns von der Vermieterin zunächst verweigert worden ist. Da wir auf eine Rechnung bestanden, verweigerte sie uns den Zugang zur bereits bezahlten Wohnung. Nach über einer Stunde sehr unverschämter Kommunikation seitens er Vermieterin, haben wir endlich die Rechnung für unseren Hund erhalten und dann auch die Zugangscodes für die Wohnung. Ein entspannter Start in den Urlaub sieht anders aus. Die Bilder täuschen über den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr lieblos und ohne Stil eingerichtet. Das Inventar ist abgewohnt. Lose Steckdosen, loser Drehknauf an der Haupteingangstür, ausgebauter Feuermelder im Flur, mit Panzerband verschlossene Briefkästen, total undichte Duschtür ... Der Innenhof gleicht einem Bauschutthof und einer unfertigen Baustelle. Gefährlich wird es im Außenbereich auf dem Weg zum so genannten "Sonnendeck mit Grillbereich" . Eine sehr schöne Natursteintreppe führt nach oben, allerdings sind mindestens 3-4 Trittsteine völlig lose. Die Sturzgefahr für Gäste ist erheblich und herabstürzende Steine sind auch nicht ausgeschlossen.

Great Discovery

I think this place is simply fantastic. Very roomy two bedroom two bath top floor lots of Windows lots of light great location! I Travel Lodge in this is one of those places that I wish I had a reason to go back to this area just stay in that apartment. I gave the service five star I don't think there's anybody around much but we did run into somebody that was helping us in very friendly very courteousperiod there were 5 of us the stayed here and we are just like the place

Excellent Apartment 15 min from Wiesbaden center

This property is a large apartment within a row home about 15-20 minutes away from the center of Wiesbaden. The apartment is very comfortable but you may need to climb stairs for two or three floors to get to the apartment. Something to consider for those with disabilities...there is no elevator. Otherwise, everything you need is provided and there is a small market that is less than a 10 minute walk away to purchase food. There is no meal service provided, but all utensils, stove, oven, microwave, dishes, etc. are there for use during your stay and WIFI is free. For my needs this is a very comfortable property that is well maintained. Parking space in the courtyard is limited, but there is also parking available on the street.

Best Hidden Gem in Europe

Our stay was beyond amazing! We were given a code for the doors-no check in. Plenty of parking, super fast WiFi (both at no charge). The apartment was very modern, immaculately clean, and spacious. Two bedrooms, each with king size beds. The bathroom was spotless; plenty of hot water, towels, and guest size products. Bathrobes and slippers provided. The kitchen was extremely well equipped and stocked with everything we could have needed - if we wanted to cook! The guest book gave us restaurant suggestions that were spot on. Best of all was the washer and dryer in the basement. I would advise you to ignore the negative reviews from 2012; whatever the issues were at that time, they have been more than corrected now. This was truly the best accommodation we had for our entire European adventure (5 countries)! Thanks for providing such an awesome hotel at a more than reasonable price.
