Price was reasonable, easy to find location. Restaurants lose by. What I didn't like - couldn't figure out the TV channel, only could find sport channels.

This hotel isn’t in the best area which is fine compare to everything else, my main issue was the cleanliness. There was vomit in the hallway by the trash can from before I arrived even until I checked out two days later. The walls were dirty the shower too, I didn’t even want to shower there but I had to. The floors were even dirty I was shocked and told my husband about it and he said next time he’s booking our stay. I was traveling with children to visit him at the military base and I will never stay at this hotel again. Pool wasn’t working, breakfast was limited, everything was dirty. Go somewhere else unless that appeals to you.

Thank you for your review. If there was vomit in the hallways other guests would have said something to the staff but nobody did, and our housekeeping staff said they did not see any. Our rooms are clean so not sure what your talking about being dirty. The pool is closed due to being repair work being done on it. honestly if you did not like it here why stay for 2 nights you could have gone else where.

When we arrived a pile of water was coming out of the refrigerator…housekeeping didn’t plug it back in. Then the air conditioning was leaking we slipped on it in the morning. After tells my management…they said sorry.

I'd been told their pool was "being repaired" for the last 3 months. Fine, but then their changeable marquee shouldn't say "IN POOL" and their website shouldn't reference it either. If I hadn't seen it referenced in other reviews I wouldn't have known and would have been quite upset. After all this time of the pool being closed they shouldn't be able to claim they have one at all!

The hotel had a cluttered feeling to it. Room smelled musty, towel rack had rust on it, stains on the couch, and there was some red sauce caked on the floor. Bed was super comfy though and the staff was friendly.

Overall I would definitely stay here again! Unfortunately I was very sad because the indoor pool was closed because someone broke a glass Bottle in the pool. Due to an emergency we had to leave after one night. The manager was very understanding and happily let us cancel our second night and refunded our money. I was disappointed that they didn't have a big selection for breakfast but overall our stay was good. Very clean and great customer service.

I have stayed here before, a few times. I have not been charged for a cleaning fee for my service dog. I was charged ahead of time, and told i would have to talk to the manager about it in the morning. ADA law says this is illegal. Plain and simple.

While the property appeared to have undergone some recent updates (paint, carpeting, etc) we were disturbed to find that the window to our room was broken and unable to be locked. Tired from driving all day, we decided to take our chances. Also, there were towels, but no wash cloths, and the shower water temp never got above just barely warm. Packets of hot cocoa or tea would have been a nice addition to breakfast, as the only options were coffee amd juice. The vending machine on the first floor also seemed to be non-working. $75/night was too high for this property in my opinion.

Please make sure that there are outlets on both sides of the bed. Two people have a lot of need for device plug ins and outlets. CPAP (breathing) machines require an outlet near the head if the bed.

The stay was fine. Beds were okay, pillows were not great. The indoor pool was closed due to glass being broken in it, looked liked it had been closed a while. Service was great, I had left my debit card on the counter and they gave me a call so I knew. Breakfast was cereal, bread for toast, and waffles.

has really gone downhill since our last stay
Have stayed here multiple times before, it has definitely gone downhill since our last stay (about a year ago). For starters, they called right after I made the reservation to say there was a glitch, the price we booked was wrong, it will be more. I said ok fine but it appears a month later that "glitch" still isn't fixed. When we called the day of checkin to let them know we'd arrive after 10pm and to ask the pool hours, the front desk guy straight up LIED and said the pool will be open "tomorrow 1pm to 9pm." I asked why 1pm when checkout is 11am and he didn't have an answer. Got there to find the pool is empty and clearly under renovation for some time. Hallways smell bad here...booked room for 3 people, the pullout mattress was so old and cheap it was about 1" thick and was covered in stains. Just nasty, this is a 1/2 star hotel at best. There were no linens for pullout the room, we had to request and then wait, even though we clearly booked for 3 people and needed to use that pullout as there was only 1 bed. Will definitely not stay here again. Not recommended!

It was just a pit stop on our way to Houston Texas. We left at 5am so we didn’t get to have breakfast. Over all it was fine. We stayed in a 3 bed room. Dog friendly was a plus! But it sucked there was only one exit/entrance to let out the dogs in the cold season and being the furthest from the door.
