### Cute little 2 bedroom in Faith Village with backyard deck

Enjoy a nice quiet evening on the back deck or curl up on the couch and watch Tv. Both bedrooms have a queen sized memory foam bed with a smart tv. The primary bedroom also has a desk for studying if needed. The newly remodeled bathroom has a nice walk in shower. The kitchen has all new appliances that include an electric range, a full sized refrigerator, microwave, air fryer and electric kettle. There is also a washer and dryer in the home. There is a fully fenced back yard with a deck. The front yard has a porch deck as well. There is covered parking for 1 car in the carport and additional parking in the driveway and also street pparking. The house is close to multiple shopping centers including Walmart and Sam's Club. Smoking is allowed outside.
