![Not far from Phuket Town is the stunning Wat Chalong. We’ve visited a lot of wats in South East Asia, and this one certainly had its own unique flare. 

The Grand Pagoda dominates the temple grounds–it’s cool and breezy location makes it just as popular as the splinter of Buddha’s bone that rests inside. The pagoda walls depict Buddha’s life story and immense golden statues of the various Buddha poses sit in the main hall. Choose the one you wish to worship to most.

"The property was very clean and the rooms were big and had everything you would need. Petch and his family were very helpful and friendly. The included breakfast was different everyday and delicious 😊 When we were looking for a place to eat, Petch offered to drive us up the road! We always feel like home on each of our stay, this time is no exception. Varieties of foods are also good and cover most of everyone’s taste: Thai, Japanese, Italian or Bbq on the beach. Although most of guests rooms start to age, the resort has rwcently finished parts of its refurbishments incl. Main pool to reset its age. Security and safe reason to stay with LeMeridien Karon beach are also key when planning your stay and the exclusive “private oceal beach” "

"In a quiet location on Phuket with awesome views and a jaw dropping infinity pool. We had a bay view room which was huge and a gorgeous balcony. We even had a bath with a view. It was a lovely touch having a free mini bar and snacks refreshed every day. The sun beds around the pool were busy, but we always seemed to get some. The buffet breakfast had an excellent selection although some dishes were cool when it opened at 6:30am, eggs cooked to order. Quite a few local restaurants within walking distance with amazing sunset views. "
