It had plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen. They provided plenty of towels and comfortable furnishings throughout. Stairs are steep for old knees so be prepared for that. The balconies/decks are spacious with a beautiful view of the river. It was fun watching kayakers going past. The geece came up on the yard which was fun. The hosts have great communication. Any questions I had were answered right away. There was ample parking and a quiet location. Close enough to what you needed but private enough to enjoy the mountain feel. Very conveniently located to Dillsboro, Sylva and WCU campus. The river was excellent for the fishermen. Sitting on the porch listening to the river was relaxing.
