It is right in downtown Whitmore Lake with access to the sandy lake across the street. Only 15 minutes to downtown Ann Arbor and 12 minutes to downtown Brighton. Free parking and wifi. House was clean had everything we needed. The only thing we would change would be the mattress and the couch in the living area. The couch was very uncomfortable to sit on at the end of the night and not much better to sleep on. The mattress was very soft and we sank in.
