This brand-new home is conveniently located within walking distance of the supermarkets, and just metres away from a playground and the newly opened Basker restaurant. Close to the beach, shops and Lost Springs spa - all within a 5-minute drive! This property is well equipped, boasting 4 bedrooms, 3 with queen-sized beds and the 4th bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a porta cot available on request. The house has an impressive 3 bathrooms consisting of 2 ensuites and 1 family bathroom. All on gas supply so no running out of hot water! The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a Nespresso machine and a double-door fridge that has an ice maker and filtered cool water. Great indoor/outdoor flow with stacker doors allows you to enjoy alfresco dining on the large sunny deck and outdoor dining table. Enjoy unlimited Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with Netflix and Freeview ready to come back to and chill out after a busy day at the beach. Plenty of room to park a boat on the large driveway, and bikes, jet skis and other sports equipment can be safely stored in the double garage.
