With amazing views across Mercury Bay and out to Shakespear's Cliff, this romantic retreat is hard to beat. Nestled in the hills, this beautiful cabin has one bedroom with a queen bed and a TV, there is a luxurious bathroom with a deep bathtub and a large rain head shower Outside on the large covered patio, there is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge, and a fantastic gas oven. Also on the patio is a large table and chairs and a great outdoor fireplace that will heat the whole area such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy a glass of bubbles. The deck off the patio has a couple of bean chairs a fire pit and a small lawn. Imagine sitting out there and looking at the stars in the night sky, a relaxing way to end your day. The cabin is a short drive from town which makes your stay quiet and peaceful. Treat your loved one and book Bayview Sanctuary today. Whitianga is a popular holiday destination located on the Coromandel Peninsula. It is the gateway to some amazing beaches and scenery. Wandering the shops is a good start and if you get a bit peckish head to one of many delightful eateries whether it's a pie and donut, or a sit-down lunch with a cold beverage. There are plenty of options. There is plenty to do for the kids as well with mini golf, movies, an awesome skatepark and kids' playground, and of course, there is the Mercury Bay Museum. For adults, a trip to the Lost Springs Thermal Spa and Hot Pools is a great way to spend a couple of hours relaxing in tropical surroundings. If you make your way to the wharf you can catch the passenger ferry to Ferry Landing & take a walk over to Front Beach. Tour boats also leave from the wharf which can show you around the area and stop close to Cathedral Cove within the Marine Reserve, watch the fish, go for a snorkel, or take a cave tour. If fishing is your idea of a good time, there are plenty of Charters that can take you out. Or you could take a drive out to Hahei. From here you can take the 40-minute walk to world-renowned Cathedral Cove, or you can head to the beach where there is a water taxi that can take you. Hot Water Beach is not to be missed. At low tide dig a hole and you will have your own hot pool! The furniture and amenities were curated so beautifully, with a great selection of kitchenware, robes, lotions, candles, body oils and even fresh eggs from the hosts chickens.
