« We absolutely loved staying at Roger’s home in Keswick! The three of us had plenty of room, all of the amenities we needed, and a beautiful garden courtyard to spend time together. It is a nice walk on a footpath to town, and a short distance to the Castlerigg Stone Circle. Roger was very helpful and gave us great recommendations for our stay in this gorgeous area. We hope to get back there again! »

« Lovely lodge, very clean & in a fabulous position with views of the Lake. The Lodge had everything you need, with comfortable beds & furniture, a very well stocked kitchen, a beautiful decking area with a variety of bird life visiting the feeders. It was a perfect stay for myself & my dog. Would highly recommend 👌 »

« What a lovely place in a beautiful location, west side of the Lake District. All the home comforts you could need including reclining sofa and a washing machine! « The property is right on a very busy main road, the main bedroom is at the front so traffic noise is an issue. The curtains aren’t blackout curtains so street lights are an issue and one being faulty and strobing intermittently didn’t help. The exterior of the front could definitely do with some tlc as well. « Perfect location. Enjoyed my walks to the friendly village pub the sun inn where I was made to feel very welcome as a single traveller. Coffee and Tea facilities but no milk. Tidy clean and Matthew even lent me a uk charger. I left mine in Australia. »
