Mind you we scheduled this trip 6 months in advance. We arrived at the rental property and had not received any communication regarding our stay and how to enter the home. So, we messaged the property manager trying to get access to the home and we heard nothing for over an hour and a half. Then once we entered the home, nothing was cleaned. There was trash in the cans, dirty towels in the bathroom, bed sheets balled up on the beds, pillows thrown around, and the list goes on. It was not cleaned. We chose to go to a hotel elsewhere, which now added a 30 minute commute to everything we had planned. This was upsetting, however we did get a refund. Ultimately, we were forgotten about and there was poor management skills in regards to the communication with us, and the cleaning crew. I would not recommend this property and I do not know how this is a verified host based off our experience. Luckily the rest of our trip was okay, however it was a rough start. ##### Kyle S. Owner watches the cameras and asked why people were entering and exiting the house often, called multiple times being confrontational, and even threatened to call the police. House smelt stuffy and like mildew. Expired milk and eggs were left in the fridge that we had to dispose of ourselves. Mattresses were not comfortable. Lastly, I would not say this house is not for 8 people... 6 comfortably, but max 7\. ##### Jill K.
