Please note the basement can only be accessed from the outside of the house. - Free Parking: 3 (mid size vehicles can fit on the driveway) and 4th can fit blvd (portion between sideway and street) - Thermaspa (4KM) - Abilities Centre (5KM) - UOIT Here's why you'll love you're stay MAIN FLOOR - There is a 65 inch TV in the living with a large sectional couch that the whole family can enjoy - There is a games room enjoyed for you entertainment with board games and a 55 inch TV to make sure everyone having a good time - There is a record player and a cocktail mixing set so you can get your groove on - There is a reading nook by the fireplace where you can wind down for the night - A fully equipped kitchen to make food while you're on the go and coffee and tea as needed - Access to the house is keyless - There are 3 Queen Beds and 2 single Beds with top of the line brand new memory foam mattresses! Cancellation policies apply.\* 1) No smoking in the home, violating this rule will result in a $1,000 fee. Please note all rooms and hallways are equipped with carbon monoxide and smoke detector for our guests safety. 2) Unless authorized in advance, check-in is anytime after 4 pm, and check-out is 10 am. 3)No outdoor shoes in the home. Please take them off at the front. 4) Missing or damaged items will be charged retail costs through the Airbnb portal as part of our process. 5) Excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay. 6) Quiet Hours: 10 PM-7 AM 7) Any unauthorized guests are subject to additional charges. A guest is defined as someone enjoying the amenities of the property for a min of 2hrs. Please ensure correct number of guests are noted at time of booking. Only guests on the reservation should be on the property. MAX 12 people at one time unless preapproved by the host. 8) Any cleaning issues or matters must be reported within a reasonable time of check in so that we can help resolve any issues you may have. 9) By booking you agree to not hold us liable for any injury, illness of the renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions. 10) Cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathroom, beds and kitchen.
