Great view of the Main Street, and enjoyed staying in the property. The only downside was that the rooms had not been finished cleaning, there was dirty laundry and garbage left at the door as you entered. I don’t believe this is the fault of the owner and the property managers were able to get it sorted while we walked around and explored the area

We stayed with Whiski Jack for 2 nights and would definitely book again. Easy no contact pick up for keys and parking pass. Condo was very clean and provided us with everything we needed. Hot tub was located in separate building but easy access.

The pros: The location was great, nice and quiet. The room was clean and tidy. All linens and towels were in good shape. The cons: Poor communication at the front desk and having information relayed to us, along with not being able to get a hold of the front desk (it's located in Creekside). Parking is horrible, and not monitored. We gave up trying to park in an alotted area and parked wherever and received no ticket or tow.

I am happy you never received a ticket from parking elsewhere as the municipality monitors the Whistler parking situation pretty closely. No air conditioning and the windows were a pain to open (and due to windows having to be open, it was very noisy with the bar below). Beds & sheets not overly comfortable. Otherwise good - good location, good size, nice unit (just a little run down in some areas).

It's true, these units do not have air-conditioning, as mentioned. Some units face the stroll, which is often a busy place, day and night - this is the benefit of being right in the centre of the action. We have other property locations that are away from the village excitement. We hope you enjoyed the latest upgrades to the hallways and elevator! We are constantly upgrading all of the Whiski Jack properties. We hope you'll visit us again.

Overall satisfied, but you do have to check in off-site, and though our reservation stated room one room number, we were provided another. Room 409 is across from a bar that was noisy at night. Walk to the lift area wasn't too bad.

Hello Cliff, Thank you for the feedback. I'm sorry we had to switch your room, but there was an issue with the one you originally booked. Being in the village can be a very busy place, so we can always recommend other options that are a bit quieter. We also have an option to check in directly to the property for some of our properties, but not Town Plaza. We manage 9 properties with 100 units throughout Whistler, so a central check-in is most suitable.

Very spacious suite and clean - two bedrooms. Only downside is that the hot tub is in a different building not connected to the unit. Also there was no balcony like advertised. Would stay again due to conveniant location, price and space.

Hello, Thank you for your review! The Town Plaza has a great location within the Whistler Village. There are 3 different buildings that make up the Town Plaza and the hot tub is located in the Eagle Lodge for future reference. We also have our Tyndall Stone Lodge just down the street from Town Plaza with an outdoor hot tub in the same building and balconies off each unit. We've stayed at the Town Plaza a number of times in the last few years. This may be the first time we booked via Whiski Jack. The location is right in the middle of the village, so you're a short walk from everything. It's interesting that the check in site is at Creekside, 4km before you reach Whistler. But we planned for it per instructions so it's no bother. The check-in person is good. When I couldn't figure out why the AC stopped, he was most helpful via phone. (The secret is the timer function on the remote).

Great space and location in the heart of Whistler Village
Lovely 2bed/2ba condo with everything we needed. Clean and spacious with a nice view. Quiet at night and yet close to everything. The hot tub is off site and was not in service during our stay but otherwise everything was lovely.

Great place and great location. This is on the main strip. Only problem we found was that bar close got a bit loud a few nights when people were walkinh back but that is to be expected in the location we were in. With that said, we would still go back to this location.

Good location and comfortable.
This was a very good choice of hotel for our needs - 4 adults (grandparents and parents) plus a toddler. Lots of space and 2 bathrooms. The balcony allowed for good views of the village and listening to live music. The music wasn't obtrusive as when the balcony door was closed, you couldn't hear a thing from outside.

Great condo, a bit noisy due to the restaurant below. Spa facilities not in this building as presented, its across a pedestrian road that is a bit awkward to walk to in the snow or rain

Killer room and location in the village!
Excellent location for the price. Room was very clean and comfortable. I have no idea why folks rated it 3 and 3.5. The 10am checkout, keys back to the creekside office location by 11am did suck a little bit since we waanted to still ride the morning we left. But overall the room, price and location were 5 star for my expectations.

Relaxing weekend in beautiful Whistler
Fall in Whistler is wonderful with all of the leaves changing colours and falling and the crispness in the air. Deer Lodge by Whisky Jack is in the center of Whistler Village. Step out the door and you are already in the action. It was a mini apartment with a full service kitchen that lacked nothing. I am quite hard to please because my standards are very high and I was quite content there.

Nice Condo Right in the Village
My boyfriend and I stayed at the Deer Lodge for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. The employees at check-in were great. We heard complaints that you had to check-in about 6km from where you were actually staying, but considering they have over 10 properties in Whistler, it makes sense. Anyone who does complain about this is just being lazy. The parking was great, very secure and underground. The stairs and elevator were very close and takes you to each floor. We were on the fourth floor and our condo was great. It had a full kitchen, a living room, washer and dryer, nice full bathroom and a separate bedroom. Everything was nice and clean and they supplied you with all kitchen supplies, lots of towels and it even has a balcony. I will note that you do have to take your garbage and recycling out at the end as well which was okay with us and the garbage room was easy to find on the parking level.

The central location is great!
I enjoyed the stay as we received a larger room than expected. There were a few items outside our bedroom window on the awning that was not to pleasant. The reasons that I did not give higher marks in all categories is due to the fact that no one had mentioned that we were responsible for taking out our own garbage and recycling and when we did the bins were not easy to locate. That is me just being nit picky, the location was great, central to everything and they had everything we needed for the weekend for a great price. Another note, if you are a light sleeper there is Garfinkle's right across from some of the rooms but nothing a few drinks couldn't fix.

Great mini-home away from home
Great chalet with deck, BBQ, a fully stocked Kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry facilities within the unit. Sleeps up to 7. My only complaint is that you have to check in approx 5 km before you get to the actual location.

'In the Heart of Whilster"
This hotel (condo) is situated right in the middle of The Whistler Plaza. Where it's all happening. Walking distance to everything you could ever need for your stay - chair lifts, shopping, spas, art galleries, fine dining or just having a beer on a patio & people watching. We parked our vehicle in the underground parking & didn't need it again until we checked out. Very clean & well equipped suites. Would book again in a heartbeat.
