All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. The fitness room is located on the lobby level, which is also the 2nd level in the D-wing. Standard hours: 9:00 am - 10:00 pm. Use the key card provided during check-in to access. They were in hallways until approximately 3am both nights. Phoned front desk who said they would handle it and the noise did not end. We will not stay here again unfortunately and feel we should have some money returned to us. We lost a day in Whistler due to actually having to sleep in the day the first day because we didn't sleep the entire evening before. I am hoping the owner of this property or a manager with authority will contact me about this. Other part we love is hot tub, we book one night 30 minutes, kids enjoyed it. location is in the the center commercial street, there are so much restaurant and shops around. also 2 grocery stores near this location. both of them have wonderful choice of food, fruit, veggies and daily using staffs.
