That was remedied early the next morning after a phone call to the manager who promptly brought over a couple of space heaters. What we ran into which I feel confident will be taken care of - issues with the downstairs tv's (didn't work), washer/dryer (owner was getting a maintenance person over there the day we left and we arranged a workaround for this during out stay no problem), more utensils and kitchen items needed which have been noted. Leading up to our stay, the communication from Debbie was very friendly and professional, she was very easy to contact and made sure that we had all of the information that we needed. The house was very clean on arrival. The house is very spacious for 4 adults, but also very cosy and welcoming with beautiful mountain views from the lounge/dining/kitchen area. The hot tub out the back is perfect after a day skiing. The location is perfect, on a nice quiet street and only a short bus ride into Whistler village. The slopes were really easy to access, particularly if you want to ski Blackcomb, but also very easy to access the gondola over to Whistler. The bus stop to get into Whistler village is only about 100 metres walk (if that), and the bus runs about every 10 minutes, so it is very easy to get into the village.
