The "front desk" is 7 KM up the road in the main Whistler Village. The parking garage only handles cars up to 6'1". The six oversized parking spots were full of small cars that could fit in the garage, so we were stuffed. I spent a full hour driving all over the place for a legal place to park our SUV overnight and ended with a 1/2 hour walk back to the condo. No fun after a long drive at midnight. When you walk in, you are confronted with about 50 lock boxes. Most aren't labeled, and they are not in numerical order. We wasted another 20 minutes looking for the correct one until we decided to go to the room where we found a keypad on the door. The instructions didn't explain this. The ski locker keypad didn't work for 4 out of 5 people trying to open it. Another 20 minutes were wasted battling the lock until a "local" knew a secret code that seemed to work, letting all 5 parties in at once. We prayed we would be able to get our skis back. Aside from all this, the place was small but comfortable and close to the gondola. Everybody slept well. If they can fix the parking and the ski locker keypad, explain the lockbox situation, and come up with a check-in that is not another 10-minute drive away, this place would get 5 stars. ##### Ryan A. This particular unit was very simplistic- very basic kitchen utensils (4 drinking glasses, 5 forks, etc), no measuring cups, had to ask for a frying pan, basic fridge with small freezer, cheap dishwasher. Management company was super responsive and brought a frying pan - they were great all around. Bed was fine, gas fireplace great, we would stay again but would expect a little more in the kitchen. Power cut the day we arrived meant the pools were not heated so we couldn’t use them and it took almost 2 days for them to reheat.
