Property Manager is very communicative and helpful. Parking garage is very tight - it may be impossible for anything larger than a midsize SUV to park when the complex is busy. It is a spacious condo, well furnished, and cared for. The hot tub at the unit was a plus as was the proximity to the free shuttle, taking you into the village. I was also impressed with the responsiveness of the managing team. We left behind necklace and they were quick to locate it, and then at their own cost, shipped it to us in California. Gas grill, board games and hot tub were all great to have available. Located at the top of a steep hill with free shuttle bus stop a short walk away. Shuttle ran all day and stops at the base of Blackcomb and Whistler and was running every 30 minutes (mid-July) We would have been fine without a rental car. The property was just as advertised. It is a very cozy place and the furnishings are all in great shape. The Aloha team was VERY responsive - they retuned all emails within minutes. We had a small plumbing issue and they sent someone within the hour to snake the drain. The only thing I'd say is if you struggle with stairs this would not be the best option for you. ##### Peter R. Check in process was simple. Fully stocked kitchen. Only complaint was fridge/freezer and floor were not clean however management company was quick to respond and sent someone over right away to take care of it. Would stay there again but be prepared for lots of stairs. Comfortable beds & great hot tub. ##### Kim J. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy bus ride to village. We loved our stay and had a great time. Only downside is carrying skis up the hill and up the steps at the end of the day.
