All group members, except for accompanying family, must be at least 30 years old. There is no smoking. Quiet hours between 10pm and 8am are enforced. Behavior negatively impacting the neighborhood will result in fines and/or eviction. Description Just like new! The extensive renovation on this townhome was completed 2019\. It’s clean, bright and features a wood-burning fireplace and outdoor hot tub. But the best feature is still its location. Whether you value fresh tracks or sleeping in, whether you tend to ski out after lunch or get one last lap in when the lifts close, being situated on a ski run accommodates everyone. Bedroom Configuration Bedroom 1: King, ensuite Bedroom 2: Twin Bedroom 3: King or 2 Twins Bedroom 4: 2 Twins or King Bedroom 5: 3 Twins or King & Twin Location Located at 4700 Glacier Drive, the Pinnacle Ridge complex is slope side Blackcomb Mountain. It is a 5-minute walk to the Upper Village (base of Blackcomb) and a 10-minute walk to the Main Village (base of Whistler). Ski Access From your door, it’s just 20 steps to access the Yellow Brick Road Run, a gentle slope to the base of Blackcomb and its new gondola or the Magic Chair, a beginner’s favorite. To ski back, take the Yellow Brick Road and cut left just at Magic Chair Tower #7. Added conveniences Boot dryer Complimentary concierge services. We’ll answer questions and manage the details of your Whistler trip: airport transfers, private and group ski & snowboard lessons, lift passes, equipment rentals, activities, heli-skiing, dinner reservations and pre-arrival groceries. There is parking for 1 vehicle in the garage and 1 vehicle in the driveway, as well as unreserved guest parking spaces. Things to Know Ski access will depend on snow cover but most years you can ski in/out from December to April. If you are walking it is best to walk down the side of the Yellow Brick Road ski run. Glacier Drive is a winding road with no sidewalk and not recommended for pedestrians. Sorry, no pets. Obviously the location for ski on ski off could not be better and was the number 1 best feature. Management company was responsive and super helpful with ski rentals, tickets etc. The hot tub was great, boot heaters, heated foyer floors, and lots of space to store ski gear. Kitchen had everything you need to cook group meals including lovely wine and champagne glasses which our group appreciates! A little bummer that the fireplace can only be used with firelog and not real wood but understandable and the bottom floor room was VERY warm no matter what we did so just be sure to put folks down there who are always chilly. ##### Maggie C. There were 10 of us; 6 adults and 4 children. True ski in ski out on the Blackcombe Mountain. The house was so well apportioned with everything you could ever want in a home. We had a small issue with one of the beds during our stay, and the property manager was immediate in their response to fix the problem. Loved the deck, the hot tub, all the space. It was very clean and convenient for ski in ski out. It would be nice if there was a safe path to walk on to get to Whistler. The road is curvy and walking the ski hill gets slippery. But we loved it and would stay here again in a heartbeat! ##### Amy H. The condo is spacious and quiet and comfortable. A great family vacation spot. (The garage fit a Ford Escape standard SUV rental but was too tight to safely park a larger vehicle). There was a very handy wall-mounted boot and mitt drying rack in the garage that was valuable for skiing consecutive days. The communication about the place and entry was very easy and efficient. ##### Basia F. It had everything you need for a perfect vacation . Our only problem was the neighbor was remodeling so we had fumes coming in our unit and parking was tricky at times. The place was extremely spotless, well laid out, and had everything we needed. The ski setup and boot dryer in the garage was very convenient, and we appreciated the large laundry room. We loved how they provided a log/night for the fire, but wish we purchased extras for the morning (my mistake). My only criticism is the mattress in the master bedroom seemed very dated and was the worst in the house, but this did not take away from our stay. Would definitely love to come back! The location was perfect, we were able to ski in/out. Only a 10 minute walk to the village. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots, pans, etc. for cooking our own meals. Beds were super comfortable. Hot tub after skiing was amazing. We were a group of 9 and we had lots of room. We would book this rental again. ##### Bill S.
