Carla, we are pleased to know your accommodations worked well for you! We aim to provide 5 Star service and it is nice when a guest lets us know we are doing a good job! Dear Anastasia, Thank you for your feedback on the cups and I apologise for this. Chipped cups are not a good look. I have forwarded this to the House Manager of that unit and we'll have that rectified. In regards to the bedding configuration, we have looked at our listings on Expedia and their sister site Hotels.com, and there are no images of bunk beds at all. The unit you stayed in has always had a Queen, 2 x Twins and a sofabed, so I can only respectfully assume that perhaps you were looking at a different listing that had that bed setup? If you were able to find the page you're referring to, we would dearly love to see it please and thank you, so we can take it up with Expedia. I hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay in Whistler.
