The only con I can think of is the lack of water pressure in one of the showers and there was no hot water the first evening we got there so we weren’t able to take showers or give baths to the kids. View of the mountains and the park from the balcony is wonderful. Parking spots are very cramped , anything larger than a compact to mid size SUV would be very difficult to park.
