NO SMOKING POLICY There is no smoking permitted anywhere inside or outside of the condo as per strata rules throughout the building. A $500 fine will be applied to your account if there is any smoking in the condo or on the balcony. PET POLICY As a house policy, we want to keep the property pet free due to guest allergies. An additional cleaning fee of $50 per night will apply if there is evidence of a pet in the room. The views of the mountain are spectacular. The beds were comforable. The bathrooms were small and tight. Wish there was a 4th bathroom to match the 4 bedrooms. The kitchen was ok. It was minimally stocked but we ate out all dinners so it worked for us. It's the overall unit that needs work. The dining room cushions are peeling and need replaced. There is a fireplace that puts off no heat and is just a look. There are two smaller tvs in the living room. Should remove wasteful fake fireplace and upgrade to a larger TV. I just feel for the price it should be premium. The Carlton Lodge in general is looking dated also. ##### Deborah M. The location was AMAZING and well worth the rental price. The only issue we had was HEAT. No matter what we did, the main room was cold! We know there are a lot of windows, and it looked like only one baseboard heater. The heat issue needs to be addressed.
