The Space:  
Extensively upgraded in 2021, Gleneagles 14 is a spacious 3-level townhome with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on the Valley Trail and overlooking the fairways of the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Course, Gleneagles 14 is just 700 meters from the base of Blackcomb Mountain and conveniently located on the free Village shuttle route.

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am  
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs  
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home.  
• The Gleneagles complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
