Our home is a two bedroom, two bathroom, three level townhome in Stoney Creek Sunpath centrally located just steps from the Village Stroll, the Marketplace and a short walk to the ski lifts. Living Area: The entrance with small mudroom is located on the ground floor with stairs leading immediately up to the second floor open concept living area that features a modern gas fireplace, comfy sectional sofa and flat screen TV mounted above the fireplace. There is sliding door access to a private balcony. The kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counters. The dining table comfortably seats 6\. The top level balcony accessed from the master bedroom features a private hot tub but the complex also features a common area outdoor hot tub and salt water pool. Bedrooms and Bathrooms: Both guest bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the top level. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, closet and access to the private deck with hot tub. The second bedroom features a solid wood bunk bed with a double XL on top and a queen bed on the bottom. The first separate bathroom features a new alcove bathtub with a glass sliding door, rain head shower and a single vanity. The adjacent second separate bathroom on this floor features a glass-enclosed shower with a rain head shower and a single vanity. Added Conveniences: This unit features an in-suite full size washer and dryer, free wireless internet, air conditioning and underground parking for one vehicle. Additional parking may be available in stalls where there is no "reserved" signage. This home is perfect for a small family or group of friends with its central location for year round stays. We were a family of 5 and were happy with the condo and location. The accommodations had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the village and plenty of delicious food places and supermarkets. Our hosts Dave and Elisa were very accommodating, and their communication was always prompt and helpful. The photos are very accurate. The home is very modern, clean and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The hot tub was an absolute hit and was used every day. The apartment is in a great spot, close to ski hire, lifts, supermarket, cafes, restaurants etc. Our kids walked up to the gondola in their ski boots every morning and did it easily, it’s about a 10 minute walk. The apartment was great to relax in when not skiing, we loved the hot tub. We all spent a lot of time in the complex heated pool and hot tub after a full day of skiing. Beds are comfy and kitchen has everything you need. We couldn’t recommend Dave and Elisa’s apartment more highly. Their communication was excellent, they gave us great tips on ski hire and cafe/restaurant recommendations. We would definitely stay here again and loved every minute. Jodi ##### Jodi H. The hot tub was exceptional and was used everyday after a long day of skiing. Simply devine. The place was well stocked with everything you need and so close to everything.
