With access to a year-round outdoor heated pool and 3 hot tubs, this unit is desirable in both summer and winter and a short less than 5-minute walk to the base of Blackcomb (seconds to ski), or a quick shuttle ride into the Village. Cozy up to the gas fireplace in the winter and enjoy the cool patio in the summer. It’s walking distance to both the Upper Village (3 mins), Main Village (8 mins) and as well as the Fairmont Chateau Golf Course (12 mins) and Lost Lake (15 minutes). Walk, ski, bike or take the free shuttle from the lobby. The Aspens Strata bylaws, and our house rules, do not allow bikes, skis, snowboards, and similar sports equipment to be brought in the unit. The Aspens provides complimentary ski/snowboard valet service and a bike cage in the garage for storing bikes.
