VERY LOUD with people screaming obscenities and carousing late in to the night, even though rental agreement says YOU need to be quiet in the unit. We did the Peak to Peak. Clearly an older building with some light aesthetic touch ups to justify the exorbitant cost on an outdated room. Charges a cleaning fee then demands you take out the trash and run the dishwasher before you check out. Taking out the trash requires a long elevator trip to their basement (elevator is old and moves at a glacial pace), through a garage, and into a locked, filthy trash room.
