### Brand new canal-front holiday home, stunning water views, private boat ramp.

A rare opportunity to rent a canal-front holiday home on the Marsden Cove waterways. The property has a private boat ramp for direct access to the canal, or launch from the public boat ramp only 1 minute drive away to access Whangarei Harbour.  
  
Enjoy the water-views from the deck and grassy lawn, or retreat to the sheltered interior courtyard with large outdoor dining table and BBQ.  
  
This recently built home boasts 4 good-sized bedrooms, two lounges and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious ensuite w/ shower and walk-in wardrobe; two bedrooms contain queen beds, and a super sunny kids bedroom is fitted out with two bunks (4 single beds in total).  
  
This unique, architecturally designed home also features a stunning modern kitchen. It is a short walk to a beach, shops, and fish and chips.  
  
NOTES  
\*This property has a private jetty with a boat permanently docked. The boat is not available to rent or use. It may be possible to rent the jetty for a private vessel by prior arrangement.  
\*The home was very recently built and has not yet been landscaped on the exterior or fully fenced.  
  
\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*: The property is not fenced between the home and the waterway and is unsafe for very young children.  
  
\*\*\*For bookings over the peak New Year period pls contact us directly as min. night requirements apply.  
  
This is the only canal-front property in Marsden Cove we know of that is available to rent on Bookabach.
