The three storey property has been tastefully furnished throughout, bringing to life many of its characterful features, creating a welcoming and relaxing base for a family get together. The property is dog friendly, with a private enclosed rear garden and on street parking. On arrival, you are greeted by a light and welcoming entrance hallway with a colourful and vibrant living room to your left. The living room has been tastefully furnished with colourful artwork and comfortable settes. The entire ground floor is open plan, with double doors opening to the more formal dining area, with antique style furniture and side table. The kitchen at the rear of the property can be accessed via the traditional hallway, or via the dining room. Enjoy cooking up a meal in the sociable kitchen with traditional shaker style units, five ring freestanding range cooker and a further dining table with seating for eight. The room offers itself to entertaining with a sociable feel and open plan nature. The games room at the rear of the property is sure to keep children and perhaps adults of all ages entertained with comfortable futon settee and flat screen smart TV along with a table football table, that can be turned around for mini air hockey or even a game of pool! The downstairs shower room is tucked away through a doorway from this room. Double doors open out to a lovely enclosed rear garden with side access and a hose pipe to wash sandy dogs off from a day at the beach. There is a paved seating area as you step out of the house, with rattan outdoor seating, glass topped dining table and cushions - perfect for enjoying a BBQ on a summers evening. Further up the lawned garden is a decked seating area, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. All four bedrooms are arranged over two floors, the first floor is home to the family bathroom, with walk in shower and feature freestanding bath. Along the hallway you will find a bright and airy twin bedroom, next door to a king size bedroom tastefully furnished in neutral colours, it even has a relaxing armchair in the bay window to stop and watch the world go by. Up to the second floor, are two further bedrooms - one king and one twin, meaning that this property offers an element of privacy for two or more groups holidaying together. Pets are welcome, on street parking available. Located just a short stroll away from the beautiful sandy beaches of Weymouth, and the seaside town. You can also spend time meandering around the historic harbour side, with an eclectic mix of independent galleries, coffee shops and pubs. Take time to enjoy a meal out in one of Weymouth's popular seafront seafood or Italian restaurants. The town is great for families too with plenty to see and do - spend the day with a picnic at Lodmoor Country Park with the miniature railway, learn about Weymouth's history at the Nothe Fort or even explore marine life at the Sea-Life Centre. The interior was a perfect blend of classic Georgian charm and modern comfort – tastefully decorated and full of character. The beds and sofas were incredibly cosy, making it easy to relax and unwind after days out exploring.The house was really well equipped with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay smooth and stress-free. One of our favourite features was the lovely enclosed garden – not only was it a safe and secure space for our little dogs to enjoy, but it was also a perfect spot for us to sit out and soak up the sunshine in the evenings.The only things I could think of to improve would be the ventilation in the downstairs bathroom as it smells very damp, and there was evidence of slug or snails throughout the downstairs at night.Overall though it was a fantastic place to stay. ##### Liesl S.
