« It is a SCAM!! We got all the required information before our stay. Got to the house 30 mins early. Never received a code to get in & host wouldn’t answer the phone. Was on the phone and on the property for 3 hours trying to fix the issue. VRBO wouldn’t refund the $ or find us a different place to stay. They were ZERO help. Do NOT rent this house or use VRBO!! »

« Would have loved to be right on the water. Was led to believe you were close. It was not a far walk but for a handicapped person, it was a trek. Also, this cabin when they say there is an office upstairs, they did not say there was an open window only closed by a barn door style closure. We could hear the phone conversation of the manager in the office. Although only a short time that we were there while office was open, we may have requested another cabin if we had known. »

« This property was great. I was attending a conference in Prattville. The directions to get to the cottage were exact. the neighborhood was quiet. After being in all-day discussions and learning sessions, it was nice to return somewhere that a lot of people weren't. Bed was comfortable. The bath towels were really good. »
