« Well appointed and recently remodeled cottage was perfect for a 3 night stay. My son and I came to the area for a fishing trip and this was close to all the spots by the lake. We had everything we needed to cook in each night and enjoyed listening to Hamilton branch river to go to sleep. Back deck had nice views of river and peaceful to sit for a rest. Debbie, the owner was communicated well checking in on us once there. »

« Came up to visit family and friends in the lake almanor area. Location was perfect. We were 10 minutes to Chester, and 10 minutes to the east shore where other family was staying. « This is a great house for a large family or 3 couples or a group of friends. There is plenty of room for everyone! The house is lovely and was spotless when we got there. Just be aware that on top of the rental price, there's a $150 fee for the Country Club, but staying in the country club is very nice as you have 2 beach areas to choose from and there's lots going on in the summer. Owner was great to work with too. No issues at all. »
