Large open floor plan (and freshly painted interior) to enjoy life as it's supposed to be: with your family and friends in the HAMPTONS. Million-dollar views of the most AMAZING SUNSETS in the world, right from your own deck!! Enjoy a glass of wine out on the deck while the shrimp are cooking on the beautiful Weber gas grill and soothing music is playing in the background on the Sonos; or just listen to the serenity of the ocean waves. The Sub Zero fridge will chill your wine to perfection! NEWER Ductless A/C units added in the main living area upstairs as well as ALL the bedrooms. Unique, 1 of a kind quiet cul-de-sac on iconic DUNE ROAD in the quiet, tony and bucolic, exclusive West Hampton Dunes enclave. Leave the car in the driveway because you are literally just steps to the beautiful and silky sand of the ATLANTIC OCEAN. Pikes Beach and Cupsogue Beach (with live music and food) are close by as are the 6 other Dune Road beaches. If you love to swim, fish in the bay, bike along Dune Road or just take long walks on the beach, this HAMPTONS house has it all! Westhampton Beach Village has incredible restaurants, shops, winery's close by, and even a performing arts center for rainy days. The kids can chill in front of the newer large screen smart Samsung TV (hung above the fireplace where the “Enjoy” sign is pictured in the main living area) while you get yourself ready for an unforgettable day. NEW- there is a gas fire table out in the deck! Whether you want fine dining or simply grab an ice cream cone to stroll the quaint shops of the newly renovated Main Street area, you're covered. After your memory-making day at the beach, enjoy the luxury of the hot and cold water outdoor shower that will alter the way you view your shower forever! The living room accommodates 4 on (2) queen pull-outs in addition to the 3 bedrooms upstairs and the private guest room downstairs has the same queen pull-out and its own private bathroom and ductless A/C unit. Newly renovated bathrooms. Please note my max occupancy rules. The dining table expands by about 3 more feet from what is pictured as well. Labor Day Getaway
Our family had a wonderful week at Jeffrey’s “Sunset Cove”! The house was meticulously clean and organized. Fully stocked with everything you would need for a wonderful week at the beach. Jeff was very accessible and quickly responded to any questions we had. Short walk to the beach made easier by a beach wagon. Our family looked forward to the amazing sunsets on the deck by the fire table! We had a great time :)

My husband and I stayed at Jeffrey's house with our adult children. We couldn't have asked for a better set up or a nicer house. Short walk to the ocean, and spectacular sunset views over the bay. We had plenty of space (especially because the "kids" had to work several days - one made a little office out of the downstairs room). The well stocked kitchen made it a pleasure to cook most dinners there. Jeffrey was a responsive host, and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay a pleasure. HIghly recommend.

A relaxing West Hampton Week
This home is the perfect relaxing beach spot! It was spotless upon arrival and had a ton of features that we discovered all throughout the week. The outdoor shower was a huge hit with our group! The access to the beach was incredible - a short walk to a private sandy entrance made easier with the wagon that pulled not only our 14 month old but towels, umbrellas and bags. If you’re looking for a relaxing home in West Hampton, we would definitely recommend checking this one out!

Great family house
We had a terrific week at this clean and well stocked home. We only had a short walk to the beach, which was amazing. And we had lots of fun with the puzzles and games in the great kitchen. I would highly recommend a week here!

This property was perfect for our family vacation! It was one of the most well stoked VRBO's I have ever stayed in as far as dishes / towels / blankets / pillows for all the beds. They also had extra spices/ olive oil and garbage bags in case you forgot those smaller items. When we arrived the place was positively spotless! Our group was all adults' but they did have beach toys for kids in the shed! The wagon that was provided came in very handy as there is a short walk around the cul de sac and across the street to the beach. 2 washer and dryer units came in very handy for doing beach towels! The firepit and outdoor patio set up was perfect for enjoying the sunset! We also did see someone come and spray for bugs and that worked out amazing because we could sit out all evening and never got bothered or bit by any mosquito's. The beach is relatively private and so lovely. Honestly apart from going out in the mornings for bagels and to the bakery for treats we really were just beach bums all week and couldn't be happier with that. The hosts were very communicative and the check-in process was clear and easy! I feel like a lot of places for rent in the Hamptons don't all have beach access so I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place with private-ish beach access!
