My stay was absolutely incredible! From the moment I arrived, Jen made me feel so welcome. After an early travel day, her warmth and kindness immediately made me feel comfortable and at home. She gave me so many great recommendations and was incredibly attentive, making everything over the last two days feel completely seamless and enjoyable. As a solo traveler, I also felt incredibly safe on the property, which was so important to me. The location is amazing and within easy walking distance of town, and the property itself is extremely clean, modern, and beautiful. I absolutely loved the sauna and cold plunge, and I already can’t wait to come back. I would 100% recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area. Such a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Fantastic stay all around. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, and everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making everything easy—from the beach shuttle to setting up chairs. The food at the hotel restaurant was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Fantastic stay during the US Open! The property is immaculate and gorgeous, the town is a quick walk and so picturesque! The pool was pristine and loved the sauna on property. The bar was beautiful and the bear tends were fantastic! It was very quiet during our stay I was the only one typically outside at the pool but it made it feel like a private oasis!

The hotel and rooms are really nice. There is just no service. No one by the pool the bar is closed. They need more staff and then it would be great. Also, music by the pool would be nice. There was no vibe and a little boring. I went on the weekend and it should have full staff.

My stay here was a splurge, and it was worth it! Everything about Seven Beach Lane is outstanding — from the friendly, welcoming staff, to the impeccably designed and maintained property, to the food in the restaurant and the idyllic setting near the beach. I can’t wait to return!

An unfortunate incident occurred during our first night at the hotel. Due to staff or maintenance negligence, a gas valve was left open. At approximately 11:45 p.m., a guest returning to the hotel noticed the issue and called the police. The hotel was evacuated by the police and fire department because it was deemed unsafe. No staff members were on the premises, and it took approximately 20 minutes for someone to arrive. In the meantime, the police and fire department shut off the gas, and large fans were used to ventilate the building. EMS also responded to assist guests who were experiencing headaches caused by the gas exposure. After a staff member arrived, police advised them that, in addition to no one being on-site, the bar and other facilities had been left unlocked when they should have been secured. At around 1:00 a.m., the police finally advised that the area was clear and safe. Despite this, we did not feel safe remaining at the property and decided to leave. While we were refunded for our stay, no additional consideration was offered. There was also no follow-up from management or apology to ensure our well-being after such a serious incident.

Magnifique séjour!! Les petite viennoiseries le matin étaient délicieuses. La vue de notre balcon sur la piscine était superbe. Le seul point négatif est plus au niveau de l’insonorisation, nous entendions les autres voyageurs qui parlaient très forts près de notre chambre. Ça nous empêchera pas de revenir séjourner ici!
