Enjoy the fabulous 18 x 36 in-ground mountain pond heated pool and lush backyard oasis! Our meticulously maintained Hot Tub is top of the line, seats 7 and is available for your enjoyment throughout the year! With lots of indoor amenities, comfortable office space with gigabit wifi throughout! Property features a large game room with ping pong, 4 person air hockey, smart tv, and board game lounge, as well as a beautiful gas fireplace in the family room, our home is a great year round destination for family reunions and gatherings of friends. The oversized living room has sliders to the pool and hot tub, and features a large screen smart TV and gas fireplace, with lots of comfortable seating! All of our bedrooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, bedding, and lots of closet space. The king bedroom features sliders directly to the pool and hot tub, and has an on-suite bath with double vanity, spa and handheld shower. The newly remodeled kitchen with large quartz center island is great for families who want to cook or hang out together. We have a well stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee setup, as well as a new outdoor Weber Grill and BBQ utensils. For those who need to work or school from our property, we have high speed internet, with router extenders and connectivity throughout. Our den doubles as a great office, with a convenient desk area, complete with new comfortable cushioned chair, desk lamp and all you will need. This room has its own entrance and patio with outdoor seating to relax when you need a well deserved break. We offer a high capacity washer-dryer, detergent and softener, iron and ironing board as well as complimentary body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. All new baby gear: Graco pack n' play, hi-chair and baby jogger stroller. Our home is centrally located to South Fork highlights as well as the wineries of the North Fork. Less than a 5 minute walk are restaurants, organic fruit stand, the local deli, Dunkin Donuts, wine store and beverage mart. An easy walk to our newly redesigned Main Street takes you to additional eateries, boutiques, parks and Farmer's Market. Take Rogers Avenue straight down for just under 2 miles to the Dune Road mansions and famous Rogers Beach that leads to Cupsogue Beach, which is very popular with visitors. An easy 15 minute drive gets you to Splish Splash Water Park, the Riverhead Aquarium, Quogue Wildlife Refuge and Tanger Outlets and several outstanding wineries. We are very close to several wedding and event venues and we specialize in renting to families of the bride and groom for a top notch, stress-free experience so that they can relax and just enjoy the special day! The interior was spotless and layout of the house perfect for our family. The outdoors and pool were immaculate. The game room basement was a nice bonus. We had a wonderful time! The beautiful home and host ( Esther) exceeded our expectations. The host was very prompt in answering any questions that we had. We enjoyed a lovely warm home with a beautiful well appointed kitchen, dining, living and sleeping areas. Everything we could want was available to us! We made use of the game room, the fireplace and hot tub, walked the neighborhood and prepared our Holiday feast for my elderly parents who also found the home lovely and easy to get around. On top of all of the home's amenities, and the charming neighborhood/town, what makes this house extra special is the care and support provided by the host and caretaker. They made everything easy for us and were quick to accommodate our special requests. To end our stay we walked the beautiful close by beach, a must for all who visit! I highly recommend this home! The house is very well taken care of and the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The house is well stocked with linens, towels, pool toys (weather permitting), and an informative welcome guide to the house and surrounding area. We had a large gathering of friends and family and if we do it again, we will certainly try to book this place again. It's an amazing place, can't recommend it enough. ##### Byron G. We had enough room to accommodate bridal party the morning of wedding, makeup artists, photographers etc. The backyard is lovely and we enjoyed the hot tub. The location was good, about a mile to Main Street so walkable or a short drive. The pool and patio area was beautiful and a great place to relax. Plenty of lounge chairs, towels and grill with all accessories, etc. Esther was very quick to respond to our inquiries and reached out a few times just to make sure we were all set. ##### Martin A. There was plenty to do in the backyard, basement, and in the surrounding area. Downtown Westhampton was a very short Uber ride away or a slightly longer walk. We had 6 adults and there were more than enough beds and bathrooms. The kitchen is gorgeous. Everything is clean. The hot tub and heated pool are amazing. Esther was a pleasure to work with and so helpful. I think the only downfall is that the beds are quite firm, which took a couple nights to get used to, but that's just personal preference. This house was a very well hidden gem for us on long island, Esther was very helpful with any questions we had prior to arrival as well as while we were there. She even checked in couple times via text to see if we had any questions about the house or neighborhood. The location was right down the block from coffee shops and gas stations so even though we were far away, we had the conveniences of a 24 hour gas station where we were able to get ice, drinks and snacks late at night. We were a kosher group, and Esther had accommodated us with koshering the kitchen prior to our arrival which saves us a big headache when arriving!!! would totally go back again and highly recommend it for anyone looking to travel out east! ##### Josh O. The property is on a corner street which gets loads of sunlight. The home is a well maintained, and cared for as everything is in pristine condition with a cozy ambiance, and sick game room for kids and adults.
