« We were very happy with the place. Everything was clean and working. The location is amazing walking distance from all the fun spots in Baltimore. The neighborhood felt safe and parking, which was our biggest concern, was never a problem as there were always parking spots on the street. All in all Great experience and definitely recommend recommended it. Landlord was always available to answer our questions so that was also great. »

« Just as advertised! It was conveniently located near where we wanted to be and it was perfect for the two of us. The only downside was the walk up the two flights of stairs which she let us know ahead of time. I just need to learn to pack lighter. LOL It was really great to be able to cook meals and not have to go out for every meal. »

Property manager is quick to respond to communication, and was extremely helpful returning a lost item. The property is very nicely updated and was extremely comfortable. What can I say—it was very clean and comfortable, had a great aesthetic, was well stocked with anything you needed from coffee to utensils, shampoo, conditioners, soap… it is in a lovely and interesting building and the soundproofing must be solid because we never heard anyone around us like you normally would in an apartment building.
