« An extremely clean, well-kept apartment close to the good stuff downtown (ballparks, theatres, Inner Harbor). I needed a walkable place close to UMMC, and it's an easy walk. The building is gorgeous, and the apartment has pretty much everything you need. When I'm back in Baltimore, I'll stay there! »

« The communication with the property manager is great, upon arrival we were greeted by Miss Rhonda in the lobby. She went out of her way to show us the latch app for all the entry doors and showed us to our room as well as answered any questions. The building is very nice with secure parking underneath which is welcomed. « What a lovely spot! Super clean and cute apartment with very nice entrance through a lovely backyard area. Location is ideal for any Navy events, especially stadium events! Hosts were very accommodating and great communicators. Will definitely stay here again! »

We enjoyed staying in the heart of Federal Hill because it offered us an authentic neighborhood experience. The property was clean, functional, and offered all the amenities that we needed. « There were four adults who shared apartment A. It was a great place to just "hang out." We enjoyed sitting around the fire ring listening to the birds and walking over to see the horses and deer in the field. We only stayed two nights. The beds were comfortable and the showers had great water pressure. The kitchen was equipped with most of what you would need, although we could have used a grater for cheese and a baking dish. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time and would stay here again. »

« My rugby team traveled down for a competition. Erin met us there walked us around the property and gave us great recommendations for food in the area. She was an amazing manager, always answering questions and getting us anything we needed. The property was beautiful and fit our entire team comfortably. The large slace and outdoor activity allowed for a lot of team building and we had a blast llaying pickle ball and basketball with each other. We wish we coukd have spent more time there. »
