« It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff was fantastic!! The room was amazing! Fiona at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us. A perfect person to start our hotel stay. « The only problem I see to this hotel is the lack of its own car park,you need to use a public one. Every thing else wonderful......the people the food the communications. The National Express Coach if, like me you needed transport picks you up in the main street 5 mins from Allerdale. At the same stop are regular buses to Keswick and Penrith. I had a great time. »

« Manage booked us in a face that would make an onion cry not a good greeting. All she seemed to be interested in was extra money for the dog £10on top of £95 which the room was not worth it cracked tiles in bathroom .. room was like from the 70s needs some money on it if people are paying that kind of money. Go down to the 2 pubs down the road happy staff and good food also the rooms are cheaper.. Highly recommended the pubs »
