« We stayed in one of their 2 Viken lodges. It was huge and easily big enough to accommodate all of us with loads of space for kids to run about and explore. Floor to ceiling Windows and and a gabled roof gave stunning views down the valley to the estuary from both floors. The accommodation was modern and stylish and even had its own sauna. The onsite pool was free to use and warm and clean, a good size. Slight hiccup at check in was sorted out well and we were allowed to stay an extra night in...

« It is a beautiful hotel and all the staff was fantastic!! The room was amazing! Fiona at the front desk went out of her way to welcome us. A perfect person to start our hotel stay. Very informative and welcoming! Our dinner and breakfast host Manjo (I probably have spelled his name wrong) was GREAT! « The only problem I see to this hotel is the lack of its own car park,you need to use a public one. Every thing else wonderful......the people the food the communications. The National Express Coach if, like me you needed transport picks you up in the main street 5 mins from Allerdale. At the same stop are regular buses to Keswick and Penrith. I had a great time. »
