Wuskenau beach is located right next to Misquamicut state beach. Fully furnished New England style cottage. Living room with 1 full-size couch and a chair. Eat-in kitchen seats 4 comfortably. Outdoor table seats 6 comfortably. Additional fold up table and 4 additional fold-up chairs provided. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed; Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed. A queen size inflatable mattress is provided. House has 3 window air conditioners and for heat, it has steam radiators. Sheets, comforters, pillows, and towels are provided. 1 full bathroom with shower. Large washer & dryer, 50-inch HDTV flat screen with local TV channels and Apple TV, Verizon FIOS 100 Mbps Internet, large microwave, full-size stove, full-size fridge, 12 cup coffee maker. It was easy to take my dogs for daily walks. It is close to many stores and is about 1.5 miles away from the beach. They lend you their beach pass to Wuskenau Beach which is a nice beach next to Misquamicut. The cottage is clean and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here again. The bed was comfortable however it would be difficult for any one on the petite side to get in as it sits extremely high. Probably a,10" mattress on top of a 10" box spring on a raised bed (probably could just use the mattress) No paper towels. If you use towels the property owner wants you to wash them. Washer and dryer are in the basement and there are no handrails on basement steps. A major liability issue if someone would take a tumble. The location was great and close to many things.and for the price it wasn't bad. However on that note i would recommend making some improvements such as new windows (old & dirty) and replacing worn out torn sofa with a sofa bed. The home felt a bit cramped- very small bathroom and had a hard time opening windows when it cooled down. Hosts were nice and responsive when we had WiFi issues. ##### Eva E.
