Nähe zum Wasser erstklassig. Das Chalet selbst wie in der Anzeige beschrieben klein und ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Camping Feeling eben. Die kleine Terrasse ist eingezäunt, schade das wie bei den meisten anderen Chalets keine Überdachung da war. Alles in allem für einen Campingurlaub ausreichend. Auf den Fotos sieht es größer aus (4 Sitzgelegenheiten) als es ist (2 Sessel). Die Dusche ist sehr eng und nur mit Duschvorhang nutzbar da die Duschtür unten nicht abschließt. Mein Mann musste aufgrund seiner Größe „auswärts“ für 2,50€ duschen. Das Handwaschbecken kann tatsächlich nur zum Händewaschen genutzt werden. Die Fenster sind undicht, so dass es ziemlich kalt wird. Ein elektrischer Ofen ist vorhanden. Die Übergangsschienen sind teilweise verrostet. Der Garten ist entgegen der Beschreibung nicht blickdicht. Das Objekt ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen und hätte mal eine Renovierung - auch hinsichtlich der ganzen Elektrokabel- nötig. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war hervorragend. ##### Claudia B. Der Garten super umzäunt. Hund konnte gucken, aber nicht raus Campingplatz zum entspannen, alles schön ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto in 6 min erreichbar Umgebung: einmal gesehen, reicht. War mal interessant alles zu erkunden, schöne Wanderstrecken über Komot gefunden. Das Chalet ist klein aber sehr gemütlich und das beste, ein eingezäuntes Grundstück. Die Umgebung ist auch sehr schön und man sehr viel laufen und Unternehmungen starten. Das Chalet hat uns allerdings nicht gefallen. Es heizt sich wie in einem Auto sehr auf, obwohl nur 23 Grad Außentemperatur herrschte. Das winzige Bad hat ein so winziges wenn auch hübsches Waschbecken, dass man es eigentlich nicht benutzen kann. Das Chalet ist auch schon eher älter und auf keinen Fall modern. Auf der Terrasse/kleiner Garten wandert die Sonne von morgens bis abends, Frühstück auf der Terrasse, Abendessen auf der Terrasse. Das Häuschen ist sehr klein, das muss man wissen, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wird freundlich betreut. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Von Anfang an eine super Kommunikation, wir bekamen Tipps, was man sich anschauen kann, wurden liebevoll empfangen und hätten zu jeder Tages/Nacht Zeit bei Familie Denzer jemanden erreicht. Unser Kind (10) unser Labbi und wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im kleinen, aber feinen Chalet. Es ist mir Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet Wir werden wieder kommen und ein paar Tage dort genießen …können sich andere Vermieter gerne eine Scheibe von abschneiden… ;) ##### jessica s. Mar 31, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy #### Super nette Kommunikation Sehr erholsam trotz der schlechten Wetterlage, würde nicht mehr im März fahren mit Hund, da es sehr eng ist alles, obwohl ich kein großen Anspruch habe, aber wenn es viel regnet, ist der Rückzugsort sehr eng und es ist schwierig im Chalet mit zwei erwachsenen und Hund. An die Vermieter ein großes Lob, sind sofort zur Stelle wenn ein Problem auftritt, sehr nett, danke auch für die guten Tipps von Ausflugszielen. Dadurch erst im April die Saison beginnt, war dass meiste leider geschlossen. Trotzdem haben wir uns gut erholen können, die richtige Kleidung zählt. Verbesserungsvorschlag: vielleicht den Weg von Gartentor bis Treppe Eingangstür ein paar Holzlatten etc. hinlegen, damit man den Dreck besser draußen lassen kann 😉 ##### Sabine B.
