"Staff was very friendly. A bit of a traditional hotel. Coffee in room did not work and often out of "complimentary" coffee by 9 am! Had to make reservation for the pool which was weird. View out the room was awful."

"We recently stayed at this property for a 72-hour girls trip; 2 moms, 2 daughters and lots of fun! We felt incredibly safe and cared for. The doorman Lenny went out of his way to ensure we were well take care of and even did a TikTok dance with our daughters!
The only disappointment was that we missed out on the milk and cookies both nights because we were out too late!
This hotel is a must see and a must stay!! Close to shopping, delicious food, clean and comfortable. We will be back!!"

"I’m a returning guest, and I enjoyed my experience at the Park Lane Hotel. Everything was very nice and I felt very comfortable during my stay. My concerns… the mini fridge was not stocked with anything, zero snacks and drinks. No ice machine on my floor, or anywhere else, nothing, but there’s an ice bucket in the room?? And no coffee machine in the room or coffee pods. Unbelievable. What does the daily resort fee cover? WIFi? I’m sure they negotiate a discount rate for WIFI, but every guest pays a daily resort fee, I’m sure the hotels WIFI fee is covered in one day. I did pay $44 for a nespresso machine with 6 total pods. The espresso machine was nice, but I wanted a coffee machine or coffee pot that brews American coffee and I can go through 6 pods in one day. More pods are an additional $44. I did order late night room service and the staff was delightful and the food very good. Room service coffee, a big pot, is $44 a pot. I find this excessive even for NYC. But that’s just me, I like my snacks, drinks, lots of ice and coffee. I will return again to the Park Lane Hotel because it is a great experience and I really like it there. I always get a junior suite with an incredible Central Park view. I love the Park Lane Hotel."
