Not an issue, we build a table for you that would give you plenty of space to work \- Cozy Family Friendly setting \- Fully Fence back yard The space We offer more than one location, Come check out our other places! \- Cozy home. everything was build for your enjoyment. \- Custom build furniture, easy self check-in and yes you don't share this house with anyone else! \- 70" Smart TV in top and Basement Living room for everyone to enjoy, 55" smart TV in Master Bed, and 55" TV in one other bed room. All TV ready for Netflix, Hulu, HBO, bring your account and connect any time. \- ALL Queen beds home. Quiet time 10pm - 8am. • NO SHOES ALLOW - If the carpet got stained during your reservation, $150 fee charged will add on for deep clean carpet after you checked out • NO PETS ALLOW - Due to some guests have severe allergy with animal hair. if we determine that pet in the house there will be carpet cleaning fee, house deep clean fee and other repair fee if damage. we committed to keep our house pet free for all guest to enjoy and safe for all. (Note: i'm also highly allergic to Dog's hair and Cat's hair. so please be considerate) • NO SMOKING or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOW inside the house or garage - there is a $300 fine if we determine guest smoke or using illegal Substances inside the home or garage. we committed to keep our house smoke free for all guest to enjoy. Removing or tampered with Smoke detector without reasoning will be a sign of smoke and we will charge a $50 replacement fee for replace each of the smoke alarm if you damage it. • NO PARTY ALLOW - no party of any kind. No Loud music after quite time. This is a family friendly neighborhood but not a Party friendly, party fine will be $1000\. In the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, guest will be asked to vacate the property immediately. • If you break or damage something, not an issue but please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair. • Garage door need to be closed when not in use to prevent thieves and animal from going inside. Guest might be ask to pay for any damage or lost items if left it open when not there. • Front door camera outside and inside garage's security camera for guest protection and party enforcer (video and audio will be record 24/7), please do not disable the camera, we will have to ask you to leave the home for violating the house rule. We do not have or support or allow any hidden camera inside the home. if we find out that guest leave a hidden camera for any purposes we will turn it over to the authority. • If you use the Grill, Please move the grill outside the door away from the home so there would not be any fire hazard, Clean up after usage require. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee may be required. If you don't move it outdoor and grill inside the garage and damage the wall we will charge a repair fee. • No Food or Drink in the Bedrooms, Guest will compensate host for any food or drink stains in the bedroom. • Please don’t bring any Blankets, Pillows and Blanket to backyard!!! Blankets & Pillows are meant to use inside the bedrooms. Breaking the rule might cost you for replacement of the damage item. \*\*For those who stay on Wednesday night, Please bring the trash containers to the middle of the circle so it can be taken away Thursday Morning \*\* A Big BLUE trash container is for RECYCLE trash ONLY - Please don’t throw any food trash, plastic and bottle in there. • During Winter (snowing) time, we’re asking guest to clean your wet shoes and do not bring dirt in to the carpet. Also please leave your ski/ snowboard gears inside the garage instead bringing it inside the house or on the carpet floor. Since, we hadn't seen each other for awhile, it made sense to try to stay under one roof, to rekindle family relationships and enjoy seeing each other for the few days we were there. This home was perfect for our needs. There were just enough bedrooms for each couple to have their own room and bed, and enough futons for the children to sleep on. Plus, there was plenty of room to play in the yard, or in the nook doing crafts, or with the toys that were available to play with downstairs. The laundry was handy, and the kitchen is well-equipped. It had everything we needed, and then some. The location is not exactly quiet, but it was fine for our needs, and was close enough to the airport that we were able to get family in and out just fine from their travels. There was plenty of shopping and food options nearby, and a playground just around the corner. We enjoyed making some family memories while we stayed in this home together, and appreciate being able to stay here. Thank you! ##### Marlene B.
