Enjoy the amenities of a salt water pool, gym, or café during the day. At night, enjoy a sunset on your wrap-around balcony with spectacular views of Clear Lake. Situated only minutes from the airport, beach, downtown, and the new Brightline train (with stops in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale) this apartment has a great location. Gated garage parking is included for the duration of your stay and there is a 24/7 lobby attendant to answer any immediate questions. There is an application process required with the HOA, including a $150 fee due to the building. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival. This property can only be booked for a minimum of 4 weeks. Good to Know Before You Book: Pet Policy: This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.
