Bon Hôtel
Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel qui est très bien situé. Personnel souriant et aimable. Le parking avec valet est payant 20 $ Le buffet du petit dejeuner est très bien. Seuls points négatifs la proximité de la voie de chemin de fer dont les trains circulent la nuit en klaxonnant, et le bruit du réfrigérateur bruyant quand on dort dans le salon sur le canapé lit.

Bien que très propre, cet hôtel permet les séjours avec chiens de tout format. Aussi, les personnes qui craignent un face à face avec un chien doivent y penser avant de réserver une chambre.

The hotel is clean and centrally located, many options for dinner and entertainment as it is located at a walkable distance from The square. The front desk staff is friendly, the room is spacious and comfortable. I only give 3 stars to this hotel because they don’t have self parking only valet parking, this valet parking cost another 38 dollars per day, today when I got my car back had a big dent, meaning that someone hit it hard, which was probably the same staff from the valet parking. I will not use this hotel again.

The hotel is obviously well run. Every aspect of the experience is perfect. Extremely friendly staff- from check in staff to parking attendants to porters were extremely friendly and never failed to greet or share a kind comment. The room was extremely organized and clean. The breakfast is fantastic- every aspect well thought out. The small things have been thoroughly considered. Its difficult to make suggestions for improvement without being petty.

The staff here is so friendly, accommodating and welcoming. They must hire with this in mind because it’s so genuine. Even the valet was top notch! Great Residence experience- well stocked kitchen, new finishes in immaculate rooms, comfy beds and linens, updated bathrooms and LOTS of space.

Everything was well maintained, elevators were super fast. Staff was helpful and effective. Our room key pad was glitchy however maintenance corrwcted the issue.
