These owners just get it and have eliminated every annoying thing about vacation rentals - it’s spotless, well-appointed, tasteful and they don’t require you to check out at dawn or ask you to wash the bed linens and towels before you go. Drive to the coast takes about 10 to 15 minutes. The condoe was clean and well appointed with supplies...coffee, toothpaste, soap, shampoo etc... The neighborhood leaves a little to be desired, but its not unsafe...just not an area with much close by in the way of restaurants, shopping, etc. No complaints from us...just would have preferred a more touristy type environment.
